As a director of the company, Luis has a strong ability to address customer needs and advance their vision and goals for each project to ensure complete satisfaction. In addition to construction expertise, Luis is experienced in marketing commercial properties such as apartment buildings, offices and industrial facilities. His background as a professional builder makes him uniquely qualified to handle relocation projects, including area research, home buying and geographic/demographic assistance. Luis is an excellent resource for developers interested in selecting sites for future projects. He is skilled at preparing feasibility studies and assisting with the preparation of development pro-forma and due diligence. In addition, he is skilled with bid proposals and engineering functions.

Luis brings substantial public relations capabilities and experience. Additionally, he is able to negotiate in three languages fluently, Spanish, English and Portuguese. Luis works with architects, engineers and contractors for design/build, remodeling and on-going construction projects.

Luis is a member of the Make-a-Wish Foundation and Voices for Children Foundation as well as Project Medishare and proudly sponsors a child in India through a humanitarian program to help children all over the world who are in need.

Prior to forming Stambul USA, Luis was an associate at Stambul Venezuela, served as public relations manager for The Healthy House and a marketing director for Oasis Curacao.

Daniel Pena-Giraldi
General Manager/Director

Daniel is a State of Florida licensed general contractor with a Master of Finance concentrating in International Business and an attorney member of the New York State Bar. This combination of professional backgrounds uniquely qualifies Daniel to negotiate and coordinate Stambul’s operations as well as the acquisition of commercial and residential land or buildings and other properties for future project development.

His capabilities and areas of responsibility include project planning and projections, budget preparation and cash flow analysis. Daniel is especially adept at overseeing construction-related issues such as workers compensation, insurance and other labor-related matters, including financing and procurement of materials for job sites. Before joining Stambul, Daniel was a general manager for V3 Development in Coral Gables, Florida.

Daniel is fluent in Spanish, English and Italian. He received his J.D/Master of Law from the University of Connecticut School of Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Law from Santa Maria University School of Law Caracas, Venezuela. He is a member of the American Bar Association and is active in Business Network International, Big Brother/Big Sister of Miami, Make-a-Wish Foundation, Voices for Children Foundation, Project Medishare and We Advance Haiti.

Previously, he was co-editor in Spanish of “Small Business Start-ups for Hispanics” and advisor to the Connecticut Business Association. He also served as pro-bono legal advisor to the Venezuelan Consulate in New York.
